• Re-engineering Public and National Libraries for National Integration and Development

All members of the Association are hereby invited to present papers on any of the above sub-themes or any related topic under the general theme.

Deadlines for Submission

• Abstract & Full Paper- Wednesday, 31 st May, 2017

Acceptance of Paper
Authors will be notified once their papers have been accepted.

Format of Presentation

1. All papers should be in 25-30 Power Point slides
2. The full-paper should not be more than 15 pages in A4 Double line space in a Word-processed format.

Libraries in recent times tend to be experiencing some challenges resulting from the increasing demands of adopting technological facilities in providing creative and innovative services to the users. 

The current and emerging trends in information handling and communication processes call for continued skills update if we do not want to be relegated to the back or forced to go into extinction as anticipated by most users who have accustomed themselves with the search engines. LITT workshop which over the years had been known for its provision of practical exercises (hands-on) on new trends in the profession has packaged this year’s training on the theme:
