in a bid to document and report important happenings in the university of Ibadan has
beamed its searchlight on another colossal figure, in the person of Professor
Olufemi Aremu Fakolade, the newly inaugurated Dean of the Faculty of Education, the University of Ibadan.

On his vision and mission for the faculty for the faculty, the 29th Dean of the faculty promised quality advancement in the faculty, advancement in all ramifications which does not leave out the students and students' bodies. It also went ahead to ensure the university community of producing teachers who are not only creative in content deliveries but also
exhume academic and professional honesty in all their dealings.
Asked about his predecessor and what he is hoping to do differently, the new brand new dean did not mince words in his admiration of professor Fadoju, he described him as a goal-getter irrespective of odds, he also promised to build on his legacy and add value as there is always room for improvement.
On a final note, the newly appointed Dean solicits for the cooperation of both teaching and non-teaching staff as '' a tree cannot make a forest''.
