2. Design the next Women Deliver social media badge!
Design either:
• A Facebook cover photo for the Women Deliver page according to the Facebook specifications.
Cover photo dimensions: 851 pixels wide and 315 pixels tall.
Recommended upload limit: Less than 100 kilobytes
Background images must be PNG or JPG files.
OR
• A Twitter background for @WomenDeliver according to specifications recommended for Twitter.
Suggested background size: 1600×1200
Most popular screen resolution: 1366 x 768
Twitter background upload limit: 2MB
Background images must be PNG, GIF, or JPG files.
Please credit and make sure you have permission to use any images that are not your own. Send your designs towomendeliver2013@gmail.com by May 7, 2013 noon EDT with the subject line: "The next Women Deliver social media badge." One winning designer (of either a Facebook cover photo or Twitter background) will receive free airfare (up to $1,500), conference registration*, and accommodation to attend Women Deliver 2013.
3. Tweet your dreams for the future!
Tweet @WomenDeliver using the hashtag #daydream between 12AM and 11:59PM EDT on Friday, May 3. Tell us the dreams you have for a better future! This can be about what you would like to achieve in life or about what you would like to see happen for your family, community and country.
Example: @WomenDeliver, I #daydream that by 2015 we have delivered for women.
One winning tweet writer will receive free registration* to the global conference and the opportunity to support @WomenDeliver social media activities during the event.
OFFICIAL RULES:
Eligibility to participate in each competition: Make sure to follow us on social media via Facebook and Twitter. Winners will be announced on Friday, May 10 on both our Facebook and Twitter pages. You must be a Women Deliver fan on Facebook and/or a follower on Twitter to be considered.
*The cost of registration includes ground transportation to and from the airport to your hotel, breakfast and internet access at your hotel, meals offered at lunch and two receptions at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and access to all of the public conference activities. Per diem for ancillary expenses will not be included.
