How best can we get more Librarians to use these ICT gadgets?

With the influx diverse ICT gadgets such as ebook readers, mp3 players, video and digital cameras, and handheld computers and smartphones , librarians have better opportunity to satisfy their patrons than ever before; more prospects to collaborate across the globe without stress.
